Hi Sorry for the delay in responding. I have tried your suggestion but get the same error message using each version of TLS.
We can get the call working from Visual Studio, We can also get the call work SoapUI on a VM. It is just when we try and call the service from a Function. I am just concerned Functions are capable of connecting to SSL endpoints. We are trying to achieve this for a client and have regular meetings with them try to resolve the issue with no luck as yet. Anyway the screen shots below prove the call and the settings accompanied by the error message.
